The delivery of our services is based on tried and tested techniques, honed to perfection by many years of experience and adapted to the changing business environment. We haven’t re-invented the principles of building services maintenance, but we do believe we’ve improved on them.
Each contract begins by gaining a thorough understanding of the building and its uses. Following an in-depth site survey we produce a comprehensive report on the operational status of each asset, with recommended solutions for any defects or other emerging problems.
The site set-up is overseen by a dedicated manager who focuses on operating procedures, a critical spares lists, code compliance, asset management software, PPE/Health and Safety, technical libraries, administration and finance and the appointment of 3rd party support contractors.
Where required, we also offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to benchmark our service provision - or we can align our service to meet your own SLAs & KPIs. The choice is yours!
