Each contract is tailored from a blend of advanced diagnostic techniques and calendar-based maintenance programmes in accordance with best practice recommendations. Delivery is then the responsibility of a dedicated management team, supported by highly experienced engineers with expertise in specific building services disciplines. All backed by a 24/7 help desk and emergency response team.
